Expresses a negative purpose - doing something so that something else does NOT happen. Formed with verb negative form + ように.

Conditional と indicating that when one thing happens, another naturally follows. States general truths, habitual results, or inevitable consequences.

want to continue doing, want to keep on

Combines て-form + いく (go on, continue) + たい (want). Expresses a desire to continue an effort or action into the future. Often used by organizations expressing future commitments.

北海道福島町では、人が住んでいる所に熊が来ないように、電気が流れる柵を置きました。

In Fukushima Town, Hokkaido, an electric fence was installed so that bears would not come to where people live.

柵は、人が住む場所と山の間に置きました。

The fence was placed between where people live and the mountains.

福島町では、去年、新聞を配っていた男性が、熊に襲われて亡くなっています。

In Fukushima Town last year, a man who was delivering newspapers was attacked by a bear and died.

福島町は「熊の事故が起こらないようにしていきたいです」と話しています。

Fukushima Town said, "We want to keep working so that bear accidents do not happen."

北海道福島ほっかいどうふくしま町ちょうでは、人ひとが住すんでいる所ところに熊くまが来こないように、電気でんきが流ながれる柵さくを置おきました3。

柵さくは、人ひとが住すむ場所ばしょと山やまの間あいだに置おきました4。

福島町ふくしまちょうでは、去年きょねん、新聞しんぶんを配くばっていた男性だんせいが、熊くまに襲おそわれて亡なくなっています5。

福島町ふくしまちょうは「熊くまの事故じこが起おこらないようにしていきたいです」と話はなしています6。
